Purpose: Compressing copper terminals (tubular), pre-insulated or bare terminals, from 10 to 70 mm² (8 AWG to 2/0 MCM). Fast and safe pressing.
Characteristic: Mechanical plier, with three adjustable dies. Supplied with adjusting bolt for opening the die, which must be strictly in accordance with the ranges marked on the plate next to the die in order to avoid damaging the tool. The long handles reduce the necessary strength for compression, making the operator job easier.
Usage: Ideal for general industrial installation maintenances.
Raw material: Especial steel and anatomical cables with polypropylene handles.
Finishing: Superficial treatment against oxidation and corrosion.
Suitable for overhead power distribution lines oflowurban tension, connection extensions, secondary rural power distribution lines, among other applications. The MULTIPLEXED conductors have PHASE aluminum alloy conductor 1350 (CA) and NEUTRAL available in aluminum alloy 6201 (CAL), aluminum alloy 1350 (CA) or aluminum alloy 1350 with aluminum core coated with aluminum (CAA/RA).
The insulation is composed of polyethylene (PE) or cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) and can have its color and engraving customized on demand.
DUPLEX has one neutral and one insulated phase cable or one bare neutral and one isulated phase options.
Purpose: Cutting rigid or flexible aluminum or copper cables without steel core up to 185 mm² (350 MCM).
Characteristic: Projected to circumferential cut, which eliminates burro on the conductors.
Usage: Ideal for maintenance in general industrial installations.
Raw material: Forged steel (long lasting blades) with anatomical cables and polypropylene handlers.
Finishing: Superficial treatment against oxidation and corrosion.
ALUMOSTEEL is a bimetallic conductor that combines the properties of steel and aluminum to form a material with the best of both metals.
Obtained from a continuous extrusion process, ALUMOSTEEL can be manufactured with different proportions between the two metals, according to the application and the demands of mechanical strength and electrical conductivity, it can vary among 13%, 20%, 27%, 30% and 40% IACS.
The 13% and 20% IACS versions, for example, are smartest choices to replace hot dip galvanized steel cables on applications such as support wire ropes, stays for towers or ACSR core (ACSR/AW).
Used as CAA conductors core (ACSR/AW), ALUMOSTEEL has High mechanical strength, good electrical conductivity, excellent corrosion resistance and compatibility with solid aluminum wire, make the ALUMOSTEEL the most suitable material for core and reinforcement in CAA-RA conductors (ACSR/AW).
Used as stay rope for towers and poles, ALUMOSTEEL wire ropes provide high mechanical strength for power transmission and power distribution lines. The high breaking strength and corrosion ensures a better performance and durability in relation to other conventional stay cables.
Used as wire ropes for telephone cables, ALUMOSTEEL can be used to support telephone cables on overhead power distribution lines, ALUMOSTEEL cables for applications such as wire ropes ensure greater durability and corrosion resistance compared to hot dip galvanized steel.
Purpose: Cutting, stripping wires and cables and compressing all kinds of eyelet terminals, insulated or not from 0.75 to 25 mm² (22 AWG to 4 AWG).
Characteristic: Manual plier, with still dies and easy handling.
Usage: Ideal for maintenance in general industrial installations.
Raw material: Especial steel and anatomical cables with polypropylene handles.
Finishing: Superficial treatment against oxidation and corrosion.

Used as phase and neutral conductors, ALUMOSTEEL are an excellent alternative for power distribution, both in phase and in neutral, and it can be dimensioned according to the utility power distribution lines requirements with the advantage of operating in a higher thermal regime than other CAA cables.
Used as grounding conductor (earth wire), the high mechanical strength and the low weight of ALUMOSTEEL cables allows its traction with minimal sags. The aluminum coating offers an excellent protection against atmospheric corrosion, while providing excellent conductivity.
Used as messenger and neutral cable of protected power distribution lines (stay wire rope), the high breaking load of ALUMOSTEEL provides the messenger cable with the strength necessary to support the weight of other conductors, while its aluminum cover ensures efficient performance as a neutral cable.
Used as wires for OPGW cable the ALUMOSTEEL are used to support OPGW (Overhead Power Ground Wire) cables, the different aluminum thickness of ALUMOSTEEL versions provides a greater flexibility of electrical and mechanical design.
