On July 30th, at the New Headquarters, GRUPO INTELLI welcomed teachers from the state technical school ETEC Alcídio Souza Prado. This action is part of a partnership with ETEC.

The main objective was to demonstrate to the teachers the work carried out by GRUPO INTELLI, involving sectors and processes, seeking interaction between the company and the school. Safety procedures in the production environment, production systematics, maintenance, production management system, and operational controls were also presented. Additionally, the teaching staff of ETEC became acquainted with the Integrated Management System (quality and environment, social responsibility, compliance, health, and safety) with its monitoring, identification, containment, waste, and scrap area systems.

The visitors were welcomed with breakfast, provided with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and given a conceptual presentation about the Integrated Management System in the training room of the New Headquarters. The event was supported by the occupational safety technicians team.

Subsequently, they were divided into teams and went on visits to the production areas. They also conducted an evaluation and received a participation certificate.

During the visit, the teachers made the following comments:

"The importance of compliance with occupational safety and environmental standards, which were emphasized, even synchronously, by all employees throughout the visit."

"The model that Manuel (Factory Chief - Multiplex2) showed us about the entire production process for which his sector is responsible. Showing from the bauxite mineral to the final product. It was didactic and interesting! And the willingness and care in guiding us, demonstrating respect and admiration for the company and its function."

"The responsible employees of the group answered all the questions during each teacher's visit or clarified any curiosity, meaning they know about the subject of each area presented, and in each department, there was one or more employees waiting for us (the group), really a team effort!"

"The opportunity to learn about the production process and organization of a company that is so important for the municipality, employing so many people and setting an example of excellence in the products it manufactures."
